We currently are in-network with Aetna, HealthPartners, Cigna, Evernorth, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Some of our providers are also in-network with Medica. If you are covered by one of these insurance providers, we can bill your insurance directly. Please contact us to confirm your coverage and begin therapy.
We do not accept Medicaid, MA, PMAPs, or Medicare.
Confirm cost and reimbursement
We know navigating the world of insurance can be confusing, particularly for clients utilizing out-of-network benefits. We've partnered with Mentaya to streamline and bring transparency to the billing process. Many of our clients manage to get 50–80% of therapy costs reimbursed through their insurance, especially with PPO plans.

After out-of-network clients schedule their first session with us, we'll provide instructions for signing up for reimbursement through Mentaya. After you sign up, we enter/submit your sessions into the platform for you. Mentaya then processes the claim and handles any insurance follow-up necessary. Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes paperwork handling, dealing with denials, and communicating with insurance companies on your behalf. Mentaya is risk-free: they guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or else they issue a full refund of their fees.
